At Talking Treatment Therapy we have people you can talk to who are trained to listen; who can help you make sense of the feelings you are experiencing and enable you to manage your crisis.
We provide a professional service in a safe and confidential setting, whether you want one to one, couples therapy or group therapy. We also provide an individually developed stress management programme which includes CBT, psychoeducational tools and strategies as well as mindfulness.
All clients receive an initial assessment, to help decide on the most appropriate treatment. You will have an opportunity to talk through why you have found yourself in therapy and also find out more about the therapy services available to you.
If you would benefit from further one to one counselling, we will arrange for you to see a counsellor on a regular basis. We will make sure you are placed with a therapist with the skills to deal with your particular problem.

Some of our associates offer a sliding scale of costs; this would be discussed during the assessment.
If you have Private Medical Insurance, you may be covered for a number of sessions.
