FINDING THE RIGHT SUPPORT FAST
Talking Treatment makes it easier for people in need of support to find the best and most appropriate practice and treatment. We replace the confusing and often stressful ‘hit and miss’ method of starting therapy with a focused and guided process.
UNTANGLE WHAT’S GOING ON IN YOUR HEAD
Talking Treatment is based in South West London, offering both in-person and online psychotherapy.
Talking Treatment offers you the space to talk. We are trained to listen, to help you make sense of the feelings you are experiencing, and to enable you to manage your current circumstances, challenges, or crisis.
Integrative therapy facilitates a flexible approach to the emotional/psychological problems presented, in order to give you the best possible talking treatment for your needs. Integrative therapy helps you untangle what’s going on in your head by combining psychological theory with the unique perspectives, blueprints, and relational patterns each client brings. Whatever approach is used, the treatment is underpinned by a relational, interpersonal process between client and therapist.
If you are unsure about what type of therapy or therapist you are looking for, please refer to our FAQs.
We guarantee confidentiality, integrity, and ethical practice in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework.
