If talking therapy doesn’t feel like the right fit for you right now, Talking Treatment recognises the benefit to psychological wellbeing of attending workshops. Workshops can promote feelings of connection, reduce stress, and increase psychological flexibility.

We have an art & activities workshop space in SW19, bordering Wimbledon Common & Putney Heath where we run weekly creative, wellness workshops. We use, art, play and creative techniques to offer additional resources to anyone who wishes to add to their self care routine.

  • LET IT FLOW

    A workshop designed to unleash your creativity and boost mental health and self-care. Are you ready to experience the joy of losing yourself in a creative activity? Welcome to ’Let It Flow’, a clay workshop designed to unleash your creativity and boost mental health and self-care. Groups of up to five people can pause and immerse themselves in a supportive and nurturing environment. The workshop offers an autotelic experience—meaningful and fulfilling in itself, independent of external validation. You'll find joy in the process, not just the outcome.

    £100 per person for a 2-hour session.

  • Power In Pause

    Co-founded by Talking Treatment, Power in Pause is a guided afternoon workshop centred on experiencing nature through mindfulness on Wimbledon Common. If you need time out to pause and slow down the fast pace of daily life, this workshop will give you the chance to be in nature and become closer to a higher level of relaxation, whilst learning the ‘Power in Pause’. The ‘Power in Pause’ technique is a tailored practice blending nature therapy, CBT, and mindfulness.

    £100 per person.
