  • Inner child workshop

FEEL ALIVE WITH YOUR INNER CHILD

The inner child represents the innocent, curious, and playful aspects of ourselves that we often lose touch with as we navigate the complexities of adulthood. Many find themselves feeling disconnected, perplexed, and even apprehensive about delving into this realm. In the hustle and bustle of modern life, the inner child often takes a backseat as responsibilities, societal expectations, and daily stresses consume our attention.

Facilitated by Alex and Sophie, our ‘Feel Alive Through The Eyes Of Your Inner Child’ workshop is designed to reconnect you with aspects of yourself that may have been buried under the weight of adulthood. Through a series of fun and immersive activities, you'll gain valuable insights, cultivate self-compassion and self-awareness for personal growth, and rediscover the magic that lives within you.

    Workshop Highlights

    - Embrace your creativity as we engage in various activities, storytelling, and role-playing exercises. These activities will unlock your imagination and help you tap into your inner child's world.

    - Play is essential for nurturing the inner child. Through play therapy techniques, you'll learn how to bring joy and spontaneity back into your life, fostering a more balanced and fulfilling adulthood.

    - A small group setting of 5 participants ensures a safe and supportive environment. Share your journey with like-minded individuals, building connections and offering mutual support.

    - Our facilitators will guide you in developing practical strategies to maintain your connection with your inner child beyond the workshop.

In a world that often pressures us to conform to adult norms and responsibilities, reconnecting with the inner child is an act of self-love and healing. Our workshop offers a transformative opportunity to bridge the gap between your adult self and the innocent spirit within you. Join us in this enriching journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth as we create a space for you to play, explore, and build a stronger bond with your inner child.
